It's the annual event of the Maine Organic Farmers and Growers Assoc. -- more info at www.mofga.org I'll be there, for the 4th year in a row, to show a Prius to the environmentally-conscious masses. This year my local dealer with share with me the rent of an '04 Prius--which will give me the fun of an extended test drive. Look for me in the Energy and Shelter area, along with probably some other hybrid and alternative-fuel vehicles. Our '01 classic Prius, Genie, has 137,000 miles and is still getting 47 mpg, but is showing her age in minor blemishes and a few dead dash lights. --Eric Metzler, Enfield, Maine | ||
