2005 Lexus RX400H Hybrid August 2004

Due to hit dealer showrooms in the fall of 2004, the new Lexus hybrid will be called the RX400H, and is based on Lexus's highly successful RX330 sport utility. The RX400H uses a more powerful version of the hybrid Toyota Prius's electric motor and battery. Peak output of 270 horsepower will give the RX400H a 0-60mph acceleration time of under eight seconds with a range of 600 miles on a tank of fuel
